Quarter Repeater

A cursed Victorian quarter repeater pocket watch is found by a young and curious antiquarian (Benjamin Briscoe) during his valuation of antiquities at an old rectory in Yorkshire on behalf of auction house, Sotheby's. Not everything is what it seems in the unoccupied old rectory as the building's caretaker, Reverend Thomas (Clifford Hume) explains to the antiquarian on his arrival. After a series of unusual ghostly sightings and unexplainable events, Mr. Davis, the antiquarian, fights a battle with his own denial of the supernatural and alcoholism whilst there being possibilities of this peculiar pocket watch being able to defy space and time. After uncovering disturbing notes written by the Victorian Inventor (John Morgan) of the quarter repeater, Davis' curiosity takes him on a journey to decipher what is fact and what is fiction in the seemingly bedeviled house.
