Confined to a wheelchair, former Trinidad and Tobago government minister Lincoln Myers makes a pilgrimage to the steps of the Hall of Justice to commemorate the anniversary of his 40-day fast for better governance. The film deals with Myers’ internal struggle with his health and his external struggle for a better society. Sadly on 15th March 2016 Lincoln passed away.

Dion Samsoondar is an award-winning Trinidad and Tobago filmmaker. His films include the short doc Ganga Dashara, the feature documentary Hosay Cedros, a ttff/12 world premiere, and the talk show television series downSOUTH. He was the cinematographer on the short fiction film Malini (2011), directed by Errol Sitahal, and was Chief Editor at CCN TV6 television station in Trinidad. Dion has been living with Parkinson’s disease since his first diagnosis in 2007.
