Rendering

Andy is editing a film for his university project, but something is on his mind. The previous night, on his date, he discovered that his life was being controlled by an ‘Editor’. When a disembodied voice, the ‘Narrator’, intervened and successfully wooed his date, leaving Andy alone. Andy decides to confide in Dave, his best friend. He demonstrates how his life is being cut, censored, dubbed and rendered by some mysterious force of video editing clichés. But will some advice from his friend Dave help Andy take control, or will he be rendered out of control of his own life?
