Director Biography - Craig Quinn

Born and raised in Manchester, Craig is a Writer/Director/Actor who prides his films on local talent and local surroundings. After leaving school at the age of 16 he wanted to be a plumber and underwent a two-year course at Mancat Openshaw Construction College. After passing the course at the age of 18 he went onto look for a job in the Construction industry with the land of filmaking far from his mind. Unable to find work in the Construction business he went onto work in many retail jobs before landing a job as a youth worker where he found his love for filmaking. Craig was released by the youth service due to cutbacks in 2011 and chose to pursue his Acting and Directing career full-time studying the art of filmaking and progressing as he went along challenging himself as his first film would be football hooligan feature length ''A Mancunian Story'' which is due for a DVD release early 2014. His inspirations of Directing film range from Martin Scoresese to Tim Burton and his favorite Actors are Tom Hardy, Leonardo Di Caprio and Michael Keaton. His plans for 2014 are to start work on a new feature film and the web series of his 2013 short film ''Boys In The Band''. He is also likely to release his second feature film ''The Wrong Side Of Town'' in which he plays an emotionally unstable ex-psychiatric patient.
