Experiencing Interruptions?

Tearing love (L'amore che sbrana)

L'amore che sbrana (Tearing love) is a documentary about violence against women. Quotes of women who experienced violence, voices of specialists, come with an insistent sequence of images which gives a claustrophobic, discomfort, without solution, feeling, the same feeling reported by harassed women.
The film also open to a solution, in other words the possibility that understanding that violence is a cultural and social problem, a different relationship between male and woman can brings to a change.
Starting from harassed women tales, the focus is brought to a wider problem: we now live in a violent society, and violence goes deep in every dimension of our life.
Violence against women is the last chain ring of an issue which hurts the weaker gender, weaker because since ever is considered the only gender which is able to lessen trauma, smooth and take care of everybody.
In a violent society crystallized stereotypes upset the relevance of female and male behavior, and males, which have lost their role, try to recover it with a bad model which now loom their gender.
