Through the observation from cultural codes and eastern costumes, traditional paper-cut art and totem, in the Chinese society, reveal mainstream consciousness toward love and sex for “reproduction” and “normal pattern” in miniature. At the same time, expected role played by women should be loyal and humble. With the passage of time, this final answer and cliché, recognized as correct form to possess felicities, have engraved indelible track on woman’s mind in the early age.
Moral pattern’s protection, as implements of torture, suppresses desire, body and soul. Instead of ignoring the phenomenon under the surface, we should eliminate the gap between “moral surface” and “underlying reality” with optimal attitude and open discussion. Rather than set up miscellaneous invisible prisons to monitor all and sundry, people need to face humanity, desire and taboo directly which will solve problems efficaciously to reach new balance.
