Quacy Chevron Rose was born August 8, 1981 in Portland, Jamaica. As a child growing up in Jamaica he was into a lot of martial arts and action movies; especially when his grandmother got a VCR. When he wasn’t watching movies he was riding his bike to get more VHS tapes. When Quacy turned 14, he moved to Orange, New Jersey to live with his father, stepmother his two brothers and sister. Not too much long after, they moved to Deltona, Florida in 1996. Going through such a culture change, Quacy was glued to the television. He spent most of his money renting the movies he couldn’t in Jamaica. During his junior year in high school he was given the TV production class as an elective.
