Neal Hemphill is a new director, who brings to this work 35 years of experience as an actor on stages in 30 U.S. states and 3 foreign countries, as well as work in Hollywood and Independent Films and network TV. Screenwriting has led to directing his own pieces. He loves to work with actors, enjoying the process from first meeting to final cut.

I love stories that are full of heart, where the world can change for people in a moment. When confronted, will they make a good decision? Will they ask for help, give help, turn away, or dig deep? "Dressed" is a film of these moments between two people who would ordinarily never cross paths.
