Drury 360 VR Film Contest
RULES & REGULATIONS FOR SUBMISSION
The following is an explanation of rules and regulations (“Rules and Regulations”) governing the submission of a film (hereafter called the “Film”) to the Drury 360 VR Film Contest (hereafter called “drury 360”) for consideration for the 2016 drury 360 VR Film Contest (hereafter called the “Contest”).
By agreeing to the Terms And Conditions found on the Contest submission form located at http://drury360.com, the person submitting the Film (hereafter called the “Applicant”) acknowledges that he or she has obtained consent from any and all owners, creators, writers, Producers and/or other authorized representatives of the Film (hereafter called the “Film’s Owners”) whose consent is required to submit the Film to Drury 360, and has read and understood the submission rules and regulations set forth below:
1. The Film’s final running time is projected to be between 2 and 5 minutes (maximum).
2. The Film may only be submitted in one of 3 categories: (1) Narrative; (2) Documentary or (3) Experimental Film.
3. In order to qualify for our competition categories, the Film does not include “work-in-progress”.
4. It is the sole responsibility of the Applicant to secure authorization and permission from the copyright owner(s) of any and all copyrighted content or materials included within the submitted Film. Drury 360 expressly disavows any responsibility for, and will not be held responsible for, any unauthorized inclusion of any copyrighted content or materials within or relating to the submitted Film, including any content or materials that are or may become the basis for any third party claims for copyright infringement.
5. Drury 360 reserves the right to disqualify, any Film with any unauthorized inclusion of copyrighted content or materials. In the event that any claim, dispute, action or proceeding shall be brought or asserted by any person or entity that alleges that the Film makes unauthorized or unlawful use of any copyrighted content or material, Applicant shall fully indemnify and defend the Drury 360, the Contest, and each of their representatives and affiliates from any liability in connection therewith and from any fees and expenses, including but not limited to attorneys’ fees, that any of them may incur in connection therewith.

7. In order to be considered for the Contest, the Applicant must fill out the Contest submission form located at PROVIDE LINK TO SUBMISSION FORM HERE
8. Upon completion of the Contest selection process, Drury 360 will attempt to contact the Applicant using the contact information provided on the submission form to notify the Applicant of the Film’s acceptance status. The Drury 360 disavows any responsibility for, and will not be held responsible for, any failure to contact the Applicant using the contact information provided on the submission form. It is the sole responsibility of the Applicant to ensure that the contact information provided on the submission form is correct throughout the entirety of the Contest selection period (March 22, 2016 to June 1, 2016).
9. Drury Design Dynamics and the drury 360 VR Film Contest sponsor 360fly, retain rights to project, exhibit, promote and publicize the winning films -- their directors, script writer, DP, Audio and / or actors -- in parts or its entirety, on all media platforms to include but not limited to Drury and / or the Sponsor’s Web sites, for a period of one year and no longer than one year, commencing May 1, 2016 and ending May 1, 2017.
II. SUBMISSION CATEGORIES
Films must be submitted to Drury 360 for consideration for the Contest -- April 4, 2016 through to May 3, 2016. Films must be submitted in one of three submission categories. Drury 360 reserves the right to determine eligibility of any film for any Contest program or submission category. The following is a description of each submission category, along with eligibility requirements for each:
NARRATIVE FILMS: Any narrative work of fiction with a running time of 2-5 minutes. To qualify as a U.S. Narrative Feature Film, the submitted project must be either scripted or improvisational fiction.
DOCUMENTARY FILMS: Any non-fiction film with a running time of 2-5 minutes WITH THE EXCEPTION OF, and NOT INCLUDING, entirely scripted or improvised fictionalizations of actual events. If your documentary contains some dramatization of actual events, you may submit in this category.
EXPERIMENTAL FILMS: The definition of an experimental film is mainly open for interpretation. If a film contains a narrative, that narrative should be told in a non-linear format to qualify for this category. Linear narratives will be placed into the other two categories. This category can also include music videos.
III. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

Thank you for your interest in submitting your film to the Drury 360 VR Film Contest. Submissions for the 2016 contest will open April 4, 2016 through to May 3, 2016. We encourage you to read the Rules & Regulations thoroughly before submitting a film.
DEADLINES
Deadline date is May 3, 2016. Films must have a total running time of 2-5 minutes (maximum). Any film longer than 5 minutes will be automatically dismissed.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
I, the authorized representative of the project being submitted (hereafter called the “Film”) to the Drury 360 VR Film Contest (hereafter called “drury 360”) for consideration for the 2016 drury 360 VR Film Contest (hereafter called the “Contest”), hereby acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. I represent and warrant to the Contest that I am duly authorized, on my own behalf and on behalf of all other persons or entities who have any ownership rights or interests (including, without limitation, intellectual property rights) in or relating to the Film (hereafter call the “Film’s Owners”), to authorize Drury Design Dynamics and the 360 VR 2016 sponsors the rights to exhibit this Film on their Web sites and / or social media platforms, for a period of twelve (12) months commencing June 1st 2016, and ending no later than May 1st 2017.
