The Last Door
James appears to be a typical door-to-door vacuum salesman.
But there is a hidden darkness that lies just beneath his well manicured good looks and his disarming smile.
James is a serial killer with his sight set on his next victim.

My name is Misty Hayes, and I’ve been in the film industry since 2007. My first foray into the business was as a production assistant and background actor on the indie film ‘Splatter: A Zombie Movie’.
And, it was love at first undead bite.
I went on to star in a 48-hour film competition short and have worked background in an indie feature-length movie titled “Degenerates” which won best feature at Blood Bath V’s 2013 Film Festival, and have even had the privilege of working background in two feature films slated for 2014 on “The Town that Dreaded Sundown” (starring Addison Timin & Gary Cole), and “Wish I Was Here” (starring Zach Braff and Kate Hudson).
I caught the bug and joined Endeavor Cinema Group and Women in Film to expand my experience. I dared to try my hand in the Director’s chair, and since I have tendency to gravitate toward things that will prematurely gray me, I went full-tilt: writing, directing, producing, and acting in my short film called “The Mug”.
My most recent directorial project, “The Last Door”, which is an award winning story, is currently in post-production and I have also just finished writing the first (in many I hope) fiction novels called The Blood Dagger.
