2022.
In the year 2022, Brazilian society is undergoing a period of political polarization and social tension, marking the final year of Bolsonaro's presidency. Caio, a black, homosexual, and HIV-positive young man, stumbles upon a debt in his name. With the support of his adoptive parents, he discovers it's linked to unpaid condominium fees for a luxury apartment, of which he has no knowledge.
At his new property, Caio uncovers details about the previous owner, Nathan, an elderly American who lived and died alone in the apartment from an undisclosed illness. Caio seeks answers about Nathan and pays an unwelcome visit to his biological family. Shockingly, he learns that his mother, Juliete, served as a maid for Nathan, eventually becoming pregnant by her employer. Nathan, refusing to acknowledge Caio as his son, paid for everyone's silence and donated the apartment to Caio after being threatened by Juliete, who is now disabled by drug use.
Caio decides to move into the apartment with the intention of setting the property for sale. He asks his friend Jamile and her teenage daughter Leona to help him. Their presence disturbs some residents, except for the students Laís, Thiago, and the nurse Rafael, with whom Caio shares a romantic involvement. As Caio delves deeper into his biological father's past, he learns disturbing facts about the nature of his HIV condition, causing a traumatic event.
Meanwhile, a wave of lies and misinformation spreads through the condominium's WhatsApp group, fueling violence against Caio, Jamile, and Leona. This violence results in a series of crimes and a sequence of psychological and physical abuses, putting many lives at risk.

Son of a cinephile mother, Omar had access to the entire film catalog of his city's largest video rental store - São José do Rio Preto, in the state of São Paulo - from a very young age. As a child, his favorite pastime was drawing posters for the films he invented, always featuring women in the style of "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" or Sidney Prescott of "Scream." Driven by his abundant creativity and passion for creation, Omar graduated and worked as a Fashion Designer in São Paulo, where he became involved in visual arts. Illustration paved the way for him to create his first book, "The Boy In Pink" (adventure), published by Chiado in 2017. In the same year, he founded Invisível Publishing, an independent publishing house where he released books for both children and adults. In 2021, he wrote the book "Our Father Is a Star" to help the children of the author and actor, Paulo Gustavo, deal with their father's premature death.
In March 2022, he was invited to develop the screenplay for one of his books, "Siamese Wedding" (drama), and specialized in this language. Since then, he has used scriptwriting as his main creative tool. He produced, directed, illustrated, and wrote the animated music video for "Reaper" by Sia; the short film "Planet Monster" (adventure); and "Flower" (drama), a short film created for the Minute Festival 2024. Additionally, he developed original projects for feature films and series, exploring various genres. In 2023, he won the "My First Screenplay" award from Roteiros e Narrativas for the screenplay of the feature film "Red Metal" (drama/suspense) and was a finalist in the LATC - LATINX 2023 argument competition with the feature film "Never Again" (thriller). As a professional goal, Omar aims to collaborate with other industry professionals on creative projects beyond his own.
