The AFMA Film Festival of Young Cinema is hosted and organized by Annenberg Film Marketing Association (AFMA).

Starting from 2014, it is an annual showcase of new film arts from young talented filmmakers. It also serves as a platform for student filmmakers, industry professionals, and investors to meet and share with each other.

AFMA has successfully launched four film festivals (2014-2017), demonstrating great works from more than 40 young filmmakers. As an annual celebration of the emerging Chinese film talents in North America, our film festivals have been reported by many mainstream televisions, print media and online media.

This year, we collaborate with major production companies in China which are specialized in film, TV and new media. Also we work with digital platform like Youku and Everybody Digital to maximize our winner films' exposure to the public.

The 2018 AFMA Film Festival of Young Cinema will take place at Arclight Hollywood (subject to change) this April in Los Angeles and features screenings, Q&As, industry panels, and ceremony.
