Elizaveta Zharikova was born in southern Russia in a village that at different points in time belonged to different counties and territories; between two major cities, of which she cannot identify herself with any one. I guess the inappropriateness and lack of a spiritual home is the director's ontological problem. Forever in between and forever with no one, never a "no" and certainly not a "yes."
She started painting as soon as she learned to hold objects in my hands. From the age of four to seventeen she studied at art schools, but at fourteen I decided to link my life with cinema. In 2021 she entered the St. Petersburg State Institute of Cinema and Television in the workshop of Alexander Markov and Maria Popritsak.
Every evening — is a wandering through memories. The named cyclicity is wedged into real life and the life is replaced by it. The author is a person who lives one day. There don’t exist another 364 days as other people around. She, he, and attention that expands like the Universe and gathers in the sight.
Rare meetings are similar to vultures that peck at still-living food: hurtful impacts of sharp beaks interrupts, when the bird decides to make a circle over the body. You don’t know if you have time to recover or you haven’t, but everything will start again compulsorily: the character feel life only together, and existence turns into vicious waiting between meetings.
