Weed

While making his rounds inspecting an unusual harvest, a mad-scientist gardener spots an equally unusual anomaly in his greenhouse. This "weed" awakes in him a curious anxiety, and upon closer inspection turns his world upside down.

Director Biography - Magdalena Pilecka

Magdalena Pilecka received her Master's of animation from the Polish-Japanese Institute of Information Technology where her thesis film "Weed" was realised under the the artistic direction of professor Daniel Szczechura. She is also the co-animator and illustrator of music videos. She is currently working on her next short animation movie.
