Director Biography - Andrew "Tank"Stennett

Andrew “TaNK” Stennett is an industry all-rounder who has recently been cast in upcoming web series, THE ALLIANCE. After making the switch from theatre to screen, Andrew has a string of production roles to his credit. He worked as a sound engineer, editor, actor, and composer on a magazine-style TV series, as a gaffer on short film USELESS, and a camera operator on a sports program. He is currently busy writing a collection of comedy, action and horror shorts that he is intent on producing himself.

Andrew holds a Bachelor of Contemporary Music from Southern Cross University where he majored in Music Composition. He is an accomplished songwriter, guitarist and singer and has performed in many world renowned festivals including WOMAD, the Adelaide Fringe Festival, Come Out Festival, Black Night Festival and Nunga Woodstock . He has also won Best Song Demo in the Festival of Original Music (FOOM) International Song Competition and is currently performing around Brisbane in heavy rock band Subdufuze.

Andrew is always looking for various roles and new opportunities while keeping himself busy developing his own projects. His ultimate goal is to gain the experience, network and team to help him bring his feature film ideas into a reality. If he could combine his passions for music and film, Andrew would be a very happy man.
