Tarboush (Travel Journal in Abu Dhabi)
TARBOUSH is a personal meditation about the Emirati culture, from a western woman's point of view.
End of August 2010, I landed in Abu Dhabi, the capital of the United Arab Emirates. I was a French teacher at Paris Sorbonne University Abu Dhabi. On January 2012, I bought a Canon 5D and started to film daily this specific part of the Middle East. My Travel Journal in Abu Dhabi naturally came to life and I was happy to share this Arabic culture with my friends and family in France, Europe and the western countries.
