Aerial photographer Will Chatham and editor Joseph William Dluzak's New York City Stroll: OLD CHELSEA takes us on a tour of the rapidly changing area in the immediate area of Chelsea Park. From 23rd Street to 30th Street and from 10th Avenue to the Hudson River with The Highline Park right in the middle. This is a celebration of tomorrow, today.

OLD CHELSEA is the introduction of NEW YORK CITY STROLL which will aerial "stroll" various New York City neighborhoods of social, architectural or historical significance, with an emphasis of eventually taking a tour of the world.

New York Stroll will use the global internet to take the world to places they have not yet been.
