Just Cause it's a Tweet Don't Make it a Joke

The divergent worlds of Stand-Up Comedy, Social Media, and Heavy Metal collide and pulverize each other in this sketch comedy music video collaboration from award-winning filmmaker Eliaz Rodriguez, and CHI/KC Comic & Musician Ryan Walker. This meta music video features a stand-up open-mic set going so badly, the hacky one-liners and awkwardness are turned up to 11.

I was a videographer at a twice-a-year stand-up tournament for four years. I've actually seen some people go up and read their tweets. One day I came across Ryan Walker's song and decided to take my love for metal music and combine it all in this video.
