Jeremiah has made three short films. The Strange Death of Harry Stanley (2012) about the police killing of Harry Stanley was long listed for BAFTA Best Short Film and won many awards, including Best Short Film at Milan International FF and Best British Film at Super Shorts. Touched (2014) followed the reveries of a girl in a park as she remembers her lost love. Premiered at London SFF, it played at other festivals. Incognito (2015) is based on fact like Harry Stanley, but is a much more ambitious film in its staging, period detail, costumes etc. Incognito premiered at London Short Film Festival 2015, and has been invited to MIFF and UK Jewish FF and Argentine FF London.
I believe that the meeting between the two men of Incognito is one of the most fascinating encounters of the twentieth century. This meeting has never been adapted in any form before now, except to be mentioned in biographies of the two men. I hope that I have done it justice.
