Rattling fan

A mechanic Sampat living with his family in the metropolitan Kathmandu city, is in his hard days, brings a fan in his room to repair it. His daughter Sangeeta, the sole happiness of him for whom he couldn’t fulfill her boundless dreams, starts to find happiness through the fan for a short period time.

Director Biography - pasang dawa sherpa

Pasang Dawa Sherpa was born on 21st of December 1989 AD in Sindhupalchock district of Nepal. His parents moved India when he was three years old. While Sherpa was 14 years old his father opened a local video hall in Bharmaur, Himanchal Pradesh India, where Sherpa loved watching a number of films. Curiosity about filmmaking grew up in him from this time onwards. He, along with his parents returned Nepal in 2002 AD. As soon as he passed SLC, he developed interest in filmmaking. He joined Arina Animation Institute in 2008 AD where he learned film editing. Then, he joined Oscar International College (College of Film Studies) in 2010 AD and passed out in 2014 AD. He directed four student short films many more other short films during the period. Also, he assisted in Dhanda (2013) and Antaraal (2013) as an assistant director. His graduate film ‘Kyar Kyar Pankha’ has been selected in the ‘Changing Perspective’ section of “Ekadeshma” Film Festival: 2014 Creating Ripples” and won audience choice award in “Ekadeshma” film festival and won audience choice award.
