Sydney based filmmaker Tony Lawrence creates some of Australia’s most beautiful experimental films. From his vast film archive of home movies and stock footage he creates new works. Tony is completely self taught in film. Learning his craft in part by repairing old cameras and projectors. Teaching himself film editing and building computers for digital image and sound editing. As a musician he is able to create unique soundtracks for all his films.
