Catherine Dudley-Rose enjoys a multifaceted career in the arts as a writer/director, actress an musician. She is an NEA funded grant recipient, has taught at the NY Stage & Film Program, the Broadway Theater Institute, and been a guest teaching artist, and performer in numerous venues. She recently returned from shooting a third film, Parallel Chords in NYC, and SC with cinematographer Hannah Radcliff, and Peter Bolte.
Farewell was made in 72 hours, for a National Film Challenge with no prior preparation allowed. We competed against 10 different countries and 12 time zones, and made the finals, and ultimately won for our category. The collaboration was a thrill, and much like jazz.
