Director Biography - John Iwasz, Sanj Surati

John and Sanj started with backyard videos and graduated to short films. Along the way, they made Blobageddon which won best short film at the Phoenixville Blobfest short film competition. It spurred them on the create Zombie Casserole which was accepted to over ten film festivals and won multiple awards including Best Comedy at both Zed Fest 2013 and FANtastic Horror Film Festival 2014 in San Diego. They both enjoy the theater of the absurd and presenting unusual situations.

Director Statement

After Zombie Casserole, we wanted to create a film that is visually driven, where dialog is secondary. Spammer includes a blend of both practical and special effects. At only eight minutes in length, it moves quickly and has a few surprises.
