Trieste, 1912

While hiding as a prostitute from her murderous aristocratic uncle in Trieste, 1912, a beautiful young runaway finds herself in the company of James Joyce, Egon Schiele, Rainer Rilke, Sigmund Freud, and Lou Salome on the cusp of their greatest achievements. Writer Biography - Ben Hanah

Writer Ben Hanah has been a psychologist for thirty years with a private practice in Northern California. His script about Portuguese poet Fernando Pessoa, “Keeper of Sheep,” was a First Round Qualifier in the 2008 Filmmakers International Screenwriting Awards. His current projects include a script about the friendship between Karl Marx and Friedrich Engels and adapting his novel Trio (2010) into a screenplay.
