16 Tuesdays

Thandi Montgomery, a breast cancer survivor, shows her 12-month journey behind the scenes. This first episode highlights her journey's emotional and physical changes along with her determination to fight and win. In addition to taking the conventional medicines and treatment plan, she explores alternative options such as acupuncture, natural supplements, yoga/meditation, juicing, and exercise to help her bounce back and lessen the adverse side effects of chemo and radiation. With the help of her family, friends, co-workers, and team of doctors, she fought and won and is now a voice for other women who may have lost the battle, suffered in silence or for the 1-in-8 women who will be diagnosed.
