The Slayers - Portrait Of A Dismembered Family

The Slayer Family made scandalous national press headlines when Patrick, son of The RT. Hon Stanley Slayer claimed his father killed a young woman during a satanic ritual and was forced to film the murder. Stanley says Patrick wanted to make a horror movie. So with the help of family, friends and bucket loads of fake blood they did.
Who is telling the truth...Patrick or Stanley.
The Slayers - Portrait Of A Dismembered Family is a dark and disturbing mockumentary about alleged witchcraft, cannibalism and murder within The Slayer Family.

Director Statement

The Slayers is my debt horror feature film. It was made with a budget of £3000. It is a black humoured, surreal and satirical stab at celebrity media scandals.

Production Notes.
"Donna takes precautions!"
In the early stages of filming our lead actress Donna would carry a knife on her person because she wasn't sure if we were genuine filmmakers or a pack of psychos!

"Guerrilla filmmaking has it's risks!"
Whilst filming the last shots for the film at Barnstaple Leisure Centre car park involving the abduction of a young woman local police received 6 calls from concerned members of the public. An armed response unit and several other units equipped with dogs and stingers were also dispatched. Thankfully no charges were pressed. The local newspaper covered the story with the headline "HORROR MOVIE KIDNAPPING LEADS TO POLICE HUNT IN BARNSTAPLE".
