We wanted to make a movie that felt like it could really happen that was inline with a true crime experience. So many movies and films telegraph so many things about their characters and get so deep into the unknown from the perspective of something paranormal or extraterrestrial but we are seeking to make a BLAIR WITCH or PARANORMAL ACTIVITY type phenomenon out of something that could really happen. With A Domestic Incident, we were really teaching the basics so that Jamie could have the experience of making her own movie. With THE DARLING MATTER, DORMANT and THE MOLOCH, we are hoping to up both of our games to create something incredible and incredibly scary. A Domestic Incident is about a series of incidents that could not have been predicted that get sort of written off as a "couple's dispute" if this tape doesn't exist. And it sort of serves a record of this small chunk of these people's lives where three people just vanished off the face of the planet. And, that resulted in this movie..
