Director Biography - Kailin Gow

Kailin Gow is an award-winning bestselling author who has sold over 5.5 million books and have written over 300 books under her name and pen names. She was featured on Amazon's homepage as an Indie Author Success Story and as a storyteller who writes books in many genres in fiction and non-fiction that empowers girls, children, and women. Before becoming an Author, she worked as a Writer and Producer in Cable Television and in Legal at a major studio.

Now she is extending her prolific storytelling to make meaningful films and television content as a filmmaker, especially as a woman director. Since entering her works into Film Festivals since 2017, she has won over 22 awards and several Official Selections.

Thank you for considering my work as a filmmaker. I sincerely hope my work will speak to and resonate with audiences who can view them as entertaining yet a bit edgy. There needs to be a variety of voices in society, and as a filmmaker, my hope is to give voice to the ones who aren't always heard...sometimes with humor, sometimes by being straightforward, but always with heart.
