Hand Grenade
Dean naively clings to his apparent youth and the youthful energy of his partner, Pat. They reside comfortably at Dean’s old family home filled with memories. Pat’s lesbian sister, Berni, is settling down to have a child through IVF with her partner, bringing new life to the historic house. Forgotten choices strike from the past, threatening the foundations of Dean’s handpicked household. Lies and secrets could shatter it all, and even the truth could land a killing blow.

Paul became involved in making movies in 2004 as a musician writing music for a film group. As he became more heavily involved with other jobs within the group he found a deeper interest in all areas of the filmmaking business. Paul soon realised that his main passion was in writing and, most of all, directing. Developing a visual concept for a script and working with actors is especially exciting for him. Since then he has directed many short films, music videos, a number of documentaries and the feature film, “Performance Anxiety”.
A distinct trend in the majority of story lines he has developed incorporate relationship drama, but he is not restricted to this. For Paul, working with new people always acts as a catalyst to grow and become more proficient in his abilities.
