The French poet Baudelaire once said, "To leave for the sake of leaving and without knowing why we always say we must go". The project spoke to me because of its sense of adventure and the unknown. It felt to me like an escape into a dream where I got to live the adventure through our amazing cast and crew who brought the spirit of the film to life. Working with the cast has been a pleasure and a joy as they brought a touch of whimsy and fun to the set which made working on this film all that more enjoyable. All of us working together as a team became such a cohesive experience that by the end of filming we all felt like a family who were sad to see it end.
The adventurous spirit of the film I hope will touch the hearts of those who want more whimsy and freedom in their life. The act of trying to find the lost city of Atlantis has always been a dream of mine and my husband who also helped me to produce and create this film. Atlantis has always been a subject we were passionate about and to see it brought to life on the screen for us has been a momentous occasion.

Adventure. That’s where it all starts for me. I grew up watching the high flying action of Indiana Jones and National Treasure. Films like The DaVinci Code and The Goonies tantalized my sense of discovery.
I wanted to see our own adventure with our own heroes.
The funny thing is when we first envisioned this project, we thought it would be a small web series. As we began working with the cast, the crew and the amazing post-production team, we understood that this deserved more. It had to be a feature film, so Rita and I, perhaps without fully knowing or understanding what we were getting ourselves into, embarked on the most amazing adventure of all, crafting our first feature film for you.
While we can’t boast the multi-million dollar budget of Jumanji or other blockbusters, we can guarantee a fun experience!
