Creating Bazile's

Donna Jones (56) is an ambitious entrepreneur. She recently bought a food truck and getting to that point had it’s obstacle. During her early life, she had her own ice cream parlor in her 30’s. She has always had the drive to be an entrepreneur and a chef. Around her 40’s she decided to go back to school to get her degree in the culinary arts. She later started teaching culinary classes at San Jacinto College, which her passion started to flourish. Donna then decided it was time to open up her own Creole restaurant but after failed attempts in making her dreams come true, she felt that she needed to start small first to save some money. Since the food truck industry was a booming business, she thought maybe she should start off with a food truck. In the documentary she will discuss her trials and tribulations that she has faced throughout her entire life which leads up to her biggest task yet, owning a food truck!
