The film 'CHOBI' is based on the concept of film making by young children. Two school going brother saw dreams of making a film. They had many ideas to develop stories, but they did not have any camera for shooting. The story continues with their struggle for film making. In the ultimatum, it shown that the batton for any good reason should be always carried forward to the next generation.
