Director Biography - Mario DeAngelis

Growing up in Southern California, Lee Basquin had the opportunity to spend time on sets as a child. Growing up around the industry, Lee gained an appreciation for story telling. When Lee graduated high school, Lee decided to further his understanding of the craft and took his love and passion to the next level attending film school.
After graduation, Lee found work as a set dresser, actor, sound operator and other on-set jobs. While promoting a pilot for a series he cowrote, Lee was approached by a producer to move to Utah to be a writer for a production company. Lee took his love of film to Utah.
Once in Utah, Lee set out to form unions with other driven film makers and industry professionals. After several years of planning, Lee stepped into the role of screenwriter and director of his passion piece "4 Corners."
Produced on an ultra low budget of just $6,500, Lee worked with a group of dedicated individuals to make a film about love and acceptance.
