Dioses is a gloomy rendition of a dying civilization and the pleas to their deaf gods. A contrast between wealth and poverty that ends in a fatal climax. Rotoscoping is used to create a celluloid dream. Music video for the band Animales.

Director Biography - Elise The

I am Elise The and I live in Utrecht. I enjoy gaming, movies, baking, comics and dancing. I studied Image and Media Technology at Utrecht School of the Arts (Hogeschool voor kunsten Utrecht). Before that I studied Multimedia design at Graphics School in Zwolle.

When I grew up I watched a lot of television, movies and cartoons. I also read many comic books. I set out to become a comic book artist, this shifted into animation and motion graphic design as my interest in film grew stronger. I am still fascinated
by the storytelling power comics and animation have to offer.
My goal is to express myself with animation and explore ways
of telling stories.
