The Wanderings of Oisin

Filmed in Ireland, The Wanderings of Oisin provides a modern interpretation of the Irish myth of Tír na nÓg. It follows the story of a young man who is orphaned at an early age. Desolate in young adulthood he takes the decision to join his parents. The film follows his surreal journey through suicide with underwater scenes and flashbacks to childhood. His mother’s voice is heard reading to him a favourite bedtime story, the myth of Tír na nÓg.
