Postcards from India - a busker's adventure
From the Rajasthan desert to the big city of Kolkata, reggae-loving busker Filippo Masé, a.k.a. ‘Miserable Man’, crosses paths with many characters: fellow musicians, spiritual seekers and street kids.
From the origins of Masé’s ‘Miserable Man’ persona in the bitter chill of a European winter, Postcards follows the musician’s return to India — where he’s previously spent several years — and observes contrasting elements of Indian society: contemporary and traditional, East and West, ethics and aesthetics.
