Director Biography - Johnny Ray Brolly

Johnny Ray Brolly, is an experienced young filmmaker who's worked on several short films. Some of these films include shorts affiliated with the BFI and others have been officially selected at film festivals. Currently, he is in his 2nd year of Ulster University's Cinematic Arts degree.
His most recent short is a 90-second micro-film titled, "Death by the River". It explores the persistence of violence throughout history, by juxtaposing a classic duel of pistols with a contemporary world. Most recently it officially screened at the Film Devour Short Film Festival at the Black Box in Belfast.
