C.T.P. how I speak to you
This story tells about a school (the ‘C.T.P. – Centro Territoriale Permanente’, namely a Permanent Territorial Centre for Education and Training in Adult Age) where teenagers and adults wish to receive the middle school diploma. Once this hurdle is overcome, they can aim at having access to higher education or getting a job.
Mostly migrants, they lead us through unusual yet familiar narrative horizons, where fragments of their everyday life express desires and nostalgia of a social laboratory of displacement produced by the innumerable deviations of the liberal system. Bodies that pass by with their own dreams, languages and needs, constantly drifting...the tightrope walking of extraordinary ordinary lives.
In this creative documentary the protagonists' stories intertwine to tell us, by a mosaic in portrait, the organic cultural change of the popular Italian contemporary class.
