Director Statement

I have been involved in the Creative Arts ever since I came to Australia from New Zealand at the age of eight. I am currently studying abroad in Aberystwyth University as a part of my Bachelor of Arts in Screen Production and Theatre and Drama at Murdoch University. I have always had a passion for film and theatre, participating in many theatre performances, and now have started filmmaking. I wish to make films that are aesthetically pleasing and have intriguing stories. With characters that have problems and flaws that people can relate to, yet find really interesting. My short film that I had both written and directed, "Alanna Distressed" is one of the projects I am most proud of so far. Another example of my original work includes "Loves Me, Loves Me Not" that I created in 2016.
