GAOKOR a period house

Based on real customs...
Rani is a 14th year old girl who married with Baldev 30 year old man. she starts menstruation 1t day of marriage so Baldev is very upset. His family treats untouchable behavior with her instead of welcome a new bride. she must stay for 4 days in the thatched hut on the edge of village due to a customs. A hut outside the village where girls and women are banished during menstruation, called GAOKOR.
She have no idea about menstruation practices because her 1st time and never stay alone. she scared and cried whole night but have to do it because Baldev's aunty told her that it is our custom and each women follow it. she feel extremely bed but have no options.
whole village known to Rani menstruation's time due to this bloody custom. One night some boys attacked and raped with her. she cried but nobodies come to help. her husband Baldev blamed to her for this incident and called Panchayat. After hearing , Panchayat also blamed Rani and said to her leave this Village forever.
Women are generally left alone because they are considered impure while they have their periods. There have been moves to improve the conditions of the GAOKORS but not to end the Practice. Our film 'GAOKOR a period house' show a serious violation of the human right of women.
