Something Poetic
According to many scholars, language often determines how people think and act. The sounds peculiar to each different tongue seem to have an independent function, regardless of the meaning of the words. What if we were to interpret the feelings originating from these sounds, without understanding its content? We tried this experiment with poetess Valeria Sabirova, who, directed by Salvatore Polizzi, collected the random words taken in the streets of Naples and contributed to create a new poem, based on the harmony of these sounds, in a language unknown to her.
