Phanor
Short film documenting gun violence in Miami one R.I.P t-shirt at a time. Miami is breeding unconventional artists, Phanor is one such artist, an aspiring fashion designer who learned his craft working in a flea market booth specializing in the RIP T-shirt; a heavily Photoshopped graphic tee that celebrates the life and death of a loved one usually at the hands of gun violence.

Born in south London in the late eighties, Lyle got his start making short films with a camcorder brought by his Dad in the backstreets of Tenerife.
Fast forward to the DSLR boom and Lyle found himself making low budget music videos for New York rap legends, subsequently taking up residence in the dirtiest Hotel in America (as voted by Time!) to get the job done.
Conditions have somewhat improved since then and Lyle has forged an exciting career that finds him working alongside the likes of A$AP Rocky, Stephen Graham (This is England / Boardwalk Empire) and Partick Decile (Moonlight).
Things we forgot to mention:
* Lyle is obsessed with gold teeth and is currently working on a feature documentary that charts the definitive history of the culture via NYC, Miami and Atlanta (featuring Goldie, Just Ice, A$AP Mobb, Shirtking Phade + more)
* Lyle’s Grandad was a 1960’s South London bank robber.
