My name is Lauren Anders Brown, I’m a self-shooting documentary filmmaker and member of the International Cinematographer’s Guild. I’ve filmed in over 25 countries and produced award winning documentaries Internationally. In 2015 I attended the University of Oxford course in Forced Migration, and have always had an interest in the impact migration has on societies. My previous projects have focused on global health and women’s empowerment, and I strongly support the work of UNFPA and similar organizations. In this documentary, I would show the incredible work being undertaken by the healthcare professionals at Zaatari camp and highlight the need for the funds to allow this to continue.
