Director Biography - Tiago A. Fernandes, Jorge Maia

Tiago A. Fernandes is currently a Chemist Post-Doc at one of the most prestigious research centers in Portugal in the field of Structural Chemistry.
His hobbies include music, being part of Cottas Club Jazz Band, a Dixieland band.
His research interests include the design of new multifunctional bioactive metal-organic frameworks or materials for antimicrobial applications, and development, improvement and tuning of methodologies for degradation of Pharmaceuticals and Personal Care Products that ensures a clean and healthy environment.
