Eternal Liberty by Héda Rose
“Eternal Liberty” is an experimental documentary film informed by a Visual Composition, addressing racial disparities and injustices affecting society as a whole; often overlooked by traditional media, the unaffected, and those who believe we live in a post-racial era.
It contains a haunting musical statement that relates to conversations on how past and present decisions based on race and classism have shaped the outlook on how our country operates. It seeks to share imagery on the effects of these choices and the way they influence the psychological health of present and future generations. It aims to ignite more discussion and a deeper connection of consideration between opposing sides while speaking through visual images.
