Titanic

In the framework of the project "New Kharkov" in the 30s of the last century, under the leadership of architect Aleshin 8 dormitories for workers of the Kharkov Tractor Plant were built. It was a comfortable and modern non-family housing. But in the 90s the plant lost production volumes and began to transfer them to the balance of the city, which would translate into the status of residential buildings and people could privatize the rooms in which they lived. Now the houses are badly famous because of the emergency condition and their occupants. Even in the daytime the townspeople avoid these places and call them "Titanic".
