The Girl From Future

The Girl From Future is a film directed by Wu Qin.The film is about the trials and tribulations of adolescence.Angel, who smuggles from future 71Y2 back to 20X7, disguises her space-time passport as a 2B pencil. But she loses it accidently and is locked in a summer exam campus in 20X7. Time from 8:45 to 18:45 of June 8 is compulsively repeated. Angel has only 30 days to look for her space-time passport so as to unlock herself. During the process of looking for the pencil (space-time passport), she experiences the “ancient” campus life, falling in love with Su Xiaoming, which changes her lonely, indifferent and self-centered personality. With help of Su Xiaoming, Wang Zipeng, Qian Sen, Ma Gang, Lin Xiaolu, Angel finds her pencil which is picked up by Yang Tao. To take the pencil, Su Xiaoming is in jeopardy of life and death…

Director Biography - Wu Qin

WU Qin was born in China in 1985. After graduating from Zhejiang Ocean University, she moved to study directing in Beijing Film Academy to fulfill her film dream. She made her first feature ASHES TO ASHES in 2014.ASHES TO ASHES won theBest cinematography of 12th Ischia Film Festival.Her another feature The Blossom was shortlisted for Ferrara Film Festival Competition unit at 2016 .
