MRM/MCCANN DETROIT "DAY WITHOUT A WOMAN"

At MRM/McCann Detroit, “Better Together” is a rally cry. And it was particularly evident on International Women’s Day—when the men covered all of the work for the day so that women could take the day off and make a stand for equality. While the initiative was hugely supported on our internal social channels through emails, posts, memes, and more…it paled in comparison to what the initiative did for the employees. For MRM/McCann Detroit, making a stance for equality wasn’t about the PR. It was about the people. ALL the people. Being Better Together. And not just on International Women’s Day.

If only it was like that everywhere.
