Meatballs
A hapless mafia goon (Dave Litchfield) owes the big Don (Phil Nichol) some money he doesn’t have. He must then embark on a quest involving parks and fences and screaming women (and the occasional superspy) in order to fulfil the Don’s wishes and embrace his father’s legacy. Stars Dave Litchfield and Phil Nichol, with Keel Watson as grunting bodyguard Vince, Andrew Graham as clueless blast-from-the-past Joey, and Rosanna Hiscock as a hysterical young woman. Written and directed by Jamie Pitt and Dave Litchfield, with award-winning cinematographer Callum O'Sullivan.

Jamie Pitt is a director and writer living in South London. Having recently finished training at the BRIT School, he's always ready to embark on the next adventure, and then get bored of that adventure but realise he kinda has to complete it after all the work that's gone into it.
Dave Litchfield has known Jamie since they were six, and has known he was funny ever since he was born, since all his life, people have laughed at him. That's his excuse, anyway.
In October 2016, Dave came to me with the idea for a film, seeking to exploit my vast talents in order to showcase his comedic abilities. I one-upped him and said we should expand the script, get some star talent in, and that he should co-direct it. I'm not sure that I ever heard him say yes, but I'm sure that's where he was headed.
Nine long, painful, incredibly funny months later, we have a film that we are both so proud of, and although the film serves many purposes (mostly to showcase how truly strange the pair of us both are), the main thing we care about is making people laugh. And we think we've done that. We really hope you enjoy watching this film as much as we did fumbling about for nine months and pretending to make it.
Jamie and Dave. xx
