When I was young, I looked up to my grandmother simply because she was the kindest and most loving person I knew. As I grew up, I learned about Grace’s past and the adversities she faced. I gained so much respect for Grace, and to this day I am continuously amazed by her resilience.

I made this film to pay homage to the strongest woman in my life, and to keep her inspiring story and spirit alive forever.
